How AI Answer works

Discover the power and convenience of Artifus' AI Answer feature, which allows users to quickly respond to messages with AI-generated suggestions. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Access Chat Go to the chat where you want to reply to the message.

Step 2: Right-click the message Hover your mouse over the message you want to reply to and right-click it to open the context menu.

Step 3: Select the AI answer option From the context menu, select the “AI Response” option. This prompts the AI to generate multiple response options based on the content of the message.

Step 4: Review the generated responses The AI generates several response options depending on the context of the message. Review the suggestions provided to see if they match your intended answer.

Step 5: Re-create responses (optional) If none of the generated answers meet your needs, you can click the icon to regenerate the answers. The AI will generate a new set of answers for you to consider.

Step 6: Select the appropriate answer Select the response option that best matches your intended message, or change it as needed.

Step 7: Submit your response Once you've selected or edited a response, simply click on it to submit it as a response. The answer will be instantly sent to the chat.
